A New look at Pouilly Fumé at the Masterclass with Antoine Gouffier

On the 14th of March we hosted for our members  alongside Vins-Clairs Artisanal Wines an exclusive masterclass and tasting with Antoine Gouffier from Domaine du Buchot.  

It was a privilege to hear his story and insight into how he is revolutionising the Pouilly Fumé appellation.  All this in the wonderfully atmospheric venue of the Wine Cellars at the Stafford Hotel, St James, London.
